My Creative Time's June Stamp Release Blog Hop

Hi and Welcome to MCT's June Release Blog Hop! If you arrived here from Shar's blog you are on the right  track!!

For my project today I made a card using something from each of the new sets.

The paper is from Echo Park's Hello Summer collection.  I used the balloon die to cut out the base for the balloon stamp. I then stamped the balloon onto patterned paper cut it out, inked around all the edges and then paper pieced it back together.  I stamped the little girl image onto white paper and then paper pieced her clothes and colored her hair and skin with Copics.  I love the sentiment, it goes so well with the balloons :)
Below is a look at all the new sets which you can purchase HERE!

Hi!  Here is a card I made today to enter in the Challenges over at Die Cuttin Divas and Cricut Creative Cutter Room the theme is

I made this card for my husband who LOVES tools!!!  (almost as much as I love crafting stuff!!)

The paper is from DCWV Guy Stack. The little tools are from the Silhouette Store, I cut them out at 2" using my Cameo.  I added some fun "manly" brads and some twine and did some inking and faux stitching.

What's Shakin?

Hi!! Happy Wobble Wednesday!! I just wanted to share a card I made today for the Wobble Wednesday Challenge.  For this challenge you need to use 2 Action Wobbles on 1 project.  Here is what I came up with!

The sentiment "What's shakin"  immediately came to mind.  My first thought was to make a salt and pepper shaker but I could not find a cute cut anywhere!  So then I thought of maracas!  I found this cute little FREE SVG file at Cutfiles.net.  I cut them out with my Cameo.  I added some googly eyes and and smile from the PK set Funshine face parts. (I need more PK stamps!)  The burlap and twine are from Liz at Liz's Paper Loft.  Both the Maracas are on Action Wobbles.  I had a hard time getting a picture of them wobbling!

Anyway :) Thanks for stopping by!

The sand castle and crab are both from Create A Critter.  I made the base of the card by welding 2 of the shadow layers of the castle together using Cricut Craftroom.  The crab is sized at 2"  The sentiment is from My Creative Time Have Fun in the Sun set!

U rock!!

Hi! I made this to enter in the Wobble Wednesday Challenge. I having been wanting to participate since it has started and this is the  first chance I've been able to!!

This Challenge you can make anything you want just NOT a card! That in it's self is a challenge for me! I LOVE making cards!! But I do like to step out of my comfort zone and try other things. So while I was on Facebook today Scraptastical Kreations had posted a picture of a door hanger she made, that reminded me I had one that I had not done anything with!  So this is what I came up with........

I made it for my daughter's room!  I am on some sort of a pink kick lately! :)  Anyway....the little rocker girl is from Rock Princess, she is cut at 3.75".  In retrospect probably not the best cut to use an action wobble with!! She wobbles by her head! lol!!  But my daughters both like it  :)  The stickers I have had forever, they are from Making Memories and the flowers are from my stash.

Button Bear Thank You Card

Hi! Hope you are all having a great day!
Just wanted to share another card I made.  This one is for my daughter's dance teacher.

This is the first chance I have had to use the cute little Button Bear die from Scrap Buggy Designs!  It was so fun and easy to make! :)   Love her!!
The background paper is from  My Minds Eye Lost&Found Madison Ave paper pack. The rest of the paper is Bazzil card stock from my stash.  I inked around everything with TH distress ink in Vintage Photo.

Thanks Sew Much!!

Hi! Just wanted to share a card I made today! :)  I love making cards!! Anyway....
for this one I used the Country Life Cricut cartridge.   The sewing machine was cut out at  3 1/2".

I inked around all the edges with TH distress ink in Vintage Photo.  The black parts I lightly inked with some white chalk ink.  The paper is from Echo Park This&That 6X6 pad.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Home Sewn set.  I stamped that onto the Stitched Oval Die from MCT.  The little spool of thread is also from the Home Sewn set,  I just cut it out and added some twine to it!

Monday Madness Imagine That!

Hi and Welcome to My Creative Time's Monday Madness.....Imagine That! Challenge
The theme for this challenge is Happiness!  Make anything that makes you happy!! Feel free to use any Imagine cartridge you own, if you DON'T own an Imagine, use pattern paper for your project!  This challenge deadline will be June 17th!

For my project I made a
card with a cute little Scottie Dog on it!  Reminds me of my little Maisie! :)

I used the Cricut Lite Four Legged Friends cartridge for the dog.  She is cut out at 2.75".  The bone is from Create A Critter and I sized that using Cricut Craftroom so that the Friends Furever sentiment would fit on it!  The sentiment is from MCT's Classy and Fabulous set.  I dont have an Imagine so I used patterned paper from DCWV's  Pet stack for the background.  The burlap and twine are both from Liz's boutique.
