For my project I made an 8X8 page

The picture was taken this year at an Easter Egg Hunt, my girls had so much fun!  I got the inspiration for the background from a post I saw on face book and for the life of me I can't remember who posted it! I used the Chicken Wire Background stamp  from the My Creative Time Spring Chicken Background set and  I used some TH distress inks for the color around the picture to make the background.

MCT Thrifty Thursday

Hi! Today is Thirty Thursday over at My Creative Time.  For our projects today we were supposed to use scraps we had on hand.  I don't know about you but I have a TON of scraps, so it is nice to be challenged to put them to good use!  

I made a little 3X3 card to stick in my daughter's snack bag so she will find it while she is at school!  She LOVES making cards and I know it will put a smile on her face! :)

This is literally made from all scraps and things I made but did not use for some reason!  Like the little frog...i made him the other day to go on a card and it just didn't work out.  Usually these become property of my daughters if they happen to see them, but this one slipped by!   :)  So like I said this is a 3X3 card.  I made a matching envelope out of left over paper using My Creative Time's 3X3 Fancy Envelope Die.  So easy!! I stamped HI from  MCT's  Teeny Tag Greeting set onto one of the small tags from the Chunky Jar Accessories set that I had on hand already!

MCT 3D Wednesday

Hi there!  It is 3D Wednesday time over at My Creative Time!  

For my project today I made an altered picture frame for my Sister!  She was lucky enough to get to go to Hawaii for the first time this past month!

The frame was one of those unfinished wood ones from Michaels.  I painted the edges brown and then covered it with some patterned paper from Recollection's Surf's Up paper pad.  The trees are the Cricut seasonal cartridge Luau.

The Aloha was spelled out with My Creative Time Lowercase Fun Dies and the sentiment Paradise is from the Have Fun in the Sun stamp set!

MCT April Release Blog Hop!

Today I am showcasing the cute Stitched Daisy Die! I LOVE Emma's dies! I actually made this whole card without using my Cricut or Cameo!  So it went together super fast. :)

MCT April Release Sneak Peek Day 1

Hi and Welcome to My Creative Time's Day 1 of the April release!!  I'm so excited to be showcasing one of the super cute sentiments from the new "You're Brilliant" stamp set!!  Another set I know you guys are just going to LOVE!!  

For my project I made a card...

Isn't that sentiment just the cutest!! So many things you could use it for! 

And the fonts are so fun!

The sun and clouds and grass are from Miss Kate Cuttables,  I cut them out with my Cameo.  I added some glossy accents to the sun glasses for some shine and inked around the edges of everything with TH Distress Inks.

For my project today I made a swing card. 

I have to apologize for the terrible lighting of this picture ahead of time!  The sun went down on me and I could not for the life of me get a decent picture! So sorry about that!  I promise the colors are much cuter in person. :)

I used my Cameo to cut out the base of the card and the musical note.  Super simple card!

So for my project I used the CTMH Artiste Cricut cartridge to make this fun Father's Day card!  

 This was such a quick and simple card to put together!  You can't go wrong with that cartridge! And you can get yours HERE  I used the DCWV Guy stack for all the papers.  I inked around all the edges with TH distress inks.  The cute sentiment and banner it is stamped on are both from My Creative Time!
