MCT Scrapping the Little Things

Hi and Welcome!  I hope you had a great weekend! Today is Scrapping the Little Things day over at My Creative Time.  We all share with you a Smashbook , Project Life or Layout.  

For my project I decided to do a layout using a picture of one of my sweet little daughters from a couple of years ago.

This was taken at my daughter's preschool...the photography company had little outfits that the kids could change into and Mariana picked the Cheerleader one!  Not too sure how the sunglasses tie into the whole look but I still LOVE this picture! :)

I made the little banner using the largest die that comes in the MCT  Teeny Tag Greetings set. I hung it up on some hemp twine from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.  I spelled out Go Team Go with the MCT Lowercase Fun dies (another must have!!)  The purple paper under the picture is one of the MCT Tag Die tags, it pulls out and I did some journaling on the hidden part (messy writing! ) The three little hearts are from MCT's Stitched Heart Layering  dies!

MCT 3D Wednesday

Hi! Today is 3D Wednesday over at My Creative Time.  The day where we make anything other than a card or layout.

For my project today I made a little Easter basket for my other daughter!  Can't leave anyone out!! :) 

The basket is an SVG file I got from the Silhouette online store, I cut it out with my Cameo.  The cute little bunny is a file from Miss Kate Cuttables.  

I used the Scallop and Stitched Circle Dies from My Creative Time and stamped the cute sentiment from the To My Best Peep stamp set in the center!

MCT 3D Wednesday

Hi! Today is 3D Wednesday over at My Creative Time.  The day where we make anything other than a card or layout.  So for my project I made my very first Explosion Box!!  :)  Lots of fun and easy to make.  

There are a lot of great tutorials on you tube on how to make them if you are interested.

So here it is when closed......just your everyday box....

but then you open it up and ........

  BAM!!! 

It's a party inside!!! :)

I made this an Easter themed one for my daughter who LOVES Beanie Boos!!  

I used all kinds of MCT goodies to decorate the inside.

This cute little guy is from the Bump in the Night Cricut cartridge, he is cut out at 3 1/2" .  The fun sentiment is a My Creative Time stamp!
