Paper Play Time Challenge #22

Hi! It is time for PPT's newest challenge.  Make a project and use googly eyes!! 

Googly eyes are one of my favorite things!  I think they just make everything a bit more fun! :)

Here is what I made for the challenge:


I found this cute little guy in the Silhouette online store.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Spooky Starry Night stamp set. I stamped it onto MCT's Stitched Speech Bubble!
